About Lyndsay

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. To Lyndsay Bertram, a picture tells a story of the moment in time that is saved to one’s memories. To capture a moment is to capture the feeling, surroundings, and history of a location or object.
Lyndsay Bertram began taking pictures in grade school. Over the years, her career path has taken many turns but always returns to her love of the camera. Her major focus is on abandoned mines and tracks, mountain vistas and crosses found in unusual locations.
In her first photo competition, Lyndsay won the First Place Photography prize and the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 Chaffee Arts Open Awards Show, Buena Vista, Colorado. She has had her work displayed in various galleries, venues, and other locations in the high country.
